Our previously planned speaker had a personal emergency that has made him unavailable for our meeting. New topic is "Communications Response Tactics". Tony Alfonso of Arona Executive Services will be presenting techniques that are valuable for anyone dealing with people in difficult situations to help avoid more serious conflicts. These tactics are geared toward security personnel but can apply to may industries such as law enforcement, health care workers, and anyone finding themselves having to relate with difficult personnel situations.
